On Friday, January 17, 2025, the Daviess County CEO cohort embarked on an enlightening journey during their visit to Boyd and Sons Machinery, LLC/Bobcat of Daviess County. Since November 2019, the dealership has been authorized to sell Bobcat® equipment, proudly serving the Washington area with an extensive inventory of new and pre-owned machinery.
Austin Boyd, Kyle Gengelbach, Chelsey Hart, and Frank Kiefler gave the cohort a guided tour of the facility and shared the remarkable story of Boyd and Sons Machinery since becoming a Bobcat dealership. In just a few short years, the dealership has ascended to become the number one parts dealer in the United States. Beyond Bobcat sales, the organization encompasses various business components, including rubber tracks, track press, aftermarket parts, used equipment, Lucas Oil, service, OEM trailer dealership, and attachments. Impressively, the company's sales network reaches nine states on a weekly basis.
Key Takeaways from the Visit:
