Rob also encouraged the cohort to surround themselves with people who are more knowledgeable and experienced, explaining that a successful business depends on a strong, supportive team. He posed questions to challenge their personal and professional identities: "What is your brand, and what do you stand for?"
Additionally, Rob addressed common fears, such as the fear of failure. He advised the group to embrace risks, as stepping out of one’s comfort zone is crucial for growth. He also discussed the current issues brick-and-mortar businesses face, including organized crime, urging them to stay vigilant and proactive.
