On Wednesday, October 2nd, the Daviess County CEO Cohort joined the Martin County CEO Cohort for an insightful visit to Lark Ranch, where they engaged in a thought-provoking discussion with Adam Lark. Lark Ranch has experienced remarkable growth since its inception in Loogootee, Indiana, in 2001. From that first location, the business expanded to Greenfield, Indiana, in 2008, and most recently added a third site in Lanesville, Indiana, this year. Lark Ranch has become a premier fall destination, offering a variety of attractions, such as a corn maze, pumpkin patch, rides, and food stands, making it the ultimate autumn experience.

**Part-time seasonal business: He discussed the challenges and rewards of running a seasonal operation.
